Prenatal support
Classes and 1 on 1 consultations to help you feel prepared, from latch basics to choosing a pump, learning about pumping and planning any eventual returning to work. In-home or virtual. Insurances accepted for prenatal lactation support. FSA/HSA accepted.

Postpartum and ongoing lactation care
Help with latch, low or oversupply, pain, mastitis, thrush, tongue-tie concerns, bottle refusal, infant feeding challenges, weight loss/gain issues and anything else that’s making feeding harder than it should be. In-home or virtual. Insurances are accepted for lactation support. FSA/HSA accepted.

Postpartum doula support
Hands-on help in the early weeks so you can rest, heal, and adjust to new parenthood fully cared for.
